Ebola and provision of critical care

In high-income country facilities, and indeed now in at least one Ebola treatment centre in Sierra Leone, critical care interventions such as ventilation and dialysis have been effectively used for infected colleagues who would otherwise have likely died, but who are now healthy survivors.
