[T. sabulosus (L.), T. scaber (L.), T. hispidus (Pontoppidan) and T. cadaverinus Illiger]. Phoresy was observed for the first time in the following mite species: Listrophorus sp., Cisellipsopus microsporus, Bakerdania decumana and Uroseius infirmus. Uropoda orbicularis and Schwiebea nova are identified here as phoretic upon species of Trox for the first time.
