Zusammenfassung:	In summary, there are minimal data to support clinically important bladder mucosal damage in patients receiving bladder irrigations with amphotericin B at a concentration of 50 mg/L. Therapeutic use of amphotericin B in humans has shown this drug to be effective at concentrations of 50 mg/L via bladder irrigation, whereas concentrations of 5 mg/L have not been studied.
