Zusammenfassung:Fe-N co-doped NaTaO3 was prepared by hydrothermal method with different Fe-N concentrations (Fe-N molar ratio 1:1) and characterized by the XRD, SME and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra. The results showed that Fe-N co-doped samples were given an increase surface and narrow band gap (2.92 eV) compared to pure NaTaO3. The sample doped with 0.15% Fe-N of a molar ratio displays highest photocatalytic activity in the degradation of methyl orange under visible light irradiation.
