Zusammenfassung:The effects of home-made plant-based and eco-friendly rubber oil (PBRO) on the cure characteristics of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) compounds and the mechanical properties, heat aging resistance and low temperature resistance of SBR vulcanizates were studied. The effects of PBRO, paraffin oil, naphthenic oil, aromatic oil and dioctyl phthalate (DOP)on the properties of SBR vulcanizates were compared. The results showed that the addition of rubber oils not only improved the crosslinking and curing rate of SBR compounds but also enhanced the plasticity of the compounds. When 20 phr PBPO was added, SBR vulcanizates had better all-round properties. When all rubber oils were added respectively in the same amount, the plasticizing effect of PBRO and DOP on SBR vulcanizates was worse, but that of aromatic oil was the best. And the heat aging resistance and thermostability of SBR vulcanizates with PBRO were the best, but the mechanical properties and low temperature resistance were poor. The mechanical properties o
