Zusammenfassung:	Based on the advantages of phased array radar seeker and collocated MIMO radar, a new type of radar seeker based on fully digital hardware structure using the two kinds of technologies is proposed. The paper analyzes the feasibility and the structural model of the new radar seeker, and summarizes its advantages. At last a simple analysis of the key technologies about the new radar seeker is given.
