Zusammenfassung:A new methodological approach to the location of noise-like sources of continuous acoustic emissions with a weak signal-to-noise ratio is suggested based on spectral classification of signals and emphasis on the specific features in them that are intrinsic for a particular source. The validity of the procedure was experimentally proven for hydraulic testing of pressure vessels for integrity.
