Zusammenfassung:The specific heat capacity, thermal conductivity, and thermal diffusivity of stuffing box packing made of carbon fibres impregnated with ceresine and a suspension of fluoroplastic with graphite of different density were determined. The friction coefficients of the carbon fibre packing with different impregnation compositions in friction regimes without lubrication and with lubrication with water and oil were found. The positive effect of ceresine on the thermophysical and tribological properties of carbon fibre packing was established.[PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
