Zusammenfassung:Issue Title: Special Issue: Volume changes, cracking and durability (Guest Editor: David Lange) This paper gives an overview of different techniques for incorporation of internal curing water in concrete. Internal water curing can be used to mitigate self-desiccation and self-desiccation shrinkage. Some concretes may need 50 kg/m^sup 3^ of internal curing water for this purpose. The price of the internal curing water is in the approximate range 0.1-1 [euro]/kg.[PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
