Zusammenfassung:In this article, we present two switching‐capacitor current‐reused voltage‐controlled oscillators with two sub‐bands or four sub‐bands. The degeneration source resistors are used to improve magnitude symmetry of output signals. Tuning frequency range is from 2.16 to 2.74GHz.
