Iron‐catalyzed hydrosilylation is a popular reduction reaction owing to its high natural abundance, low cost and the low toxicity of iron and silicon. This paper introduces an advance of iron‐catalyzed hydrosilylation of olefins, aldehydes, ketones and amides. Some reactions exhibit good functional group tolerance and chemoselectivities, which are different from that in Ru and Pt catalysis in some cases. These protocols provide economical, sustainable and practical tools for organic chemists.
