Zusammenfassung: | This work aims to characterize and evaluate the structural characteristic of combined electrodes-electrolyte ceramic with main focus on the analysis performed by microscopy techniques, X-ray diffraction and fluorescence analysis. The results show on one hand the importance of uniformity of porous electrodes, and on the other hand, the high densification level and physical-chemical homogeneity of the electrolyte to the macroscopic electric performance of the device. The influence of bulk, interface and surface physical-chemical characteristics were analyzed and discussed based on experimental results and theoretical examples. |
