Zusammenfassung:For more complete description of the Al sub(2)O sub(3)-HfO sub(2)-Gd sub(2)O sub(3) phase diagram, three vertical sections are constructed in a wide temperature and composition range. The Gd sub(2)O sub(3) and HfO sub(2) corner bisectors explain the mechanisms of Gd sub(2)O sub(3) phase transformations, C X H A B, and interactions in the HfO sub(2) corner of the system. The isopleth at 15 mol.% HfO sub(2) (15H) shows the Al sub(2)O sub(3)-HfO sub(2)-Gd sub(2)O sub(3) constitution in Al sub(2)O sub(3)- and Gd sub(2)O sub(3)-rich regions.
