Synthesis and growth of TlInSe2 and TlGaSe2 single crystals

Methods of synthesis and growth of TlGaSe 2 and TlInSe 2 single crystals are developed. It is shown that the Bridgman-Stockbarger technique is efficient for growth of large TlGaSe 2 single crystals, and zone recrystallization is efficient in the case of TlInSe 2 .

Zusammenfassung:Methods of synthesis and growth of TlGaSe 2 and TlInSe 2 single crystals are developed. It is shown that the Bridgman-Stockbarger technique is efficient for growth of large TlGaSe 2 single crystals, and zone recrystallization is efficient in the case of TlInSe 2 .
