Zusammenfassung:We have studied the effects of light polarization and temperature on the photoluminescence spectrum of CdGa 2 S 4 single crystals at temperatures from 77 to 300 K. Based on analysis of the present experimental data in conjunction with earlier band structure, optical absorption, and photoconductivity data, we have identified the mechanism of radiative recombination in CdGa 2 S 4 .
