Zusammenfassung:An integral scintillation spectral element-phase method for substance research is proposed; it is based on virtual fragmentation of a substance into smaller parts with periodic short-time synchronous registration (accumulation) of spectral analytical signals obtained during space-time investigation of the substance by a physical analytical method. Within the framework of atomic emission spectral analysis, the possibility of an increase in sensitivity of powder material component studies by means of analytical signal grading according to signal/noise ratio and time of their appearance is shown. Examples of experimental studies of geological and technological samples containing investigated mineral phases and chemical elements less than the detection limit of the known direct mineralogical methods (0.1%) are presented.
