Zusammenfassung:In C model embedded with computable functions, there is no Summation operator. So this paper defined new concept of prime process and gave out the normalization process and finite axioms system. Then it provided a model with localization and polydic operators. With the help of these extra features, the Prefix, Replication and Choice operators can be defined conveniently.
