Fast synthesis of ultra-thin ZnSnO3 nanorods with high ethanol sensing properties
Ultra-thin 3 nm ZnSnO(3) nanorods were successfully prepared, which not only exhibit high sensitivity to ethanol at relatively low temperature, but also good selectivity.
