Zusammenfassung:The authors present an iterative algorithm to recover the whole complex spectrum of any transmission fiber Bragg grating (FBG) from only the information of either its group-delay spectrum or its magnitude spectrum. Both numerical simulations and experimental results confirm that this simple algorithm is fast and accurate. This technique is especially useful for the practical design and characterization of transmission FBGs with desired spectral features.
