Zusammenfassung:	A solution to the problem on the field of a filament of electric dipoles that is located on a semicylindrical irregularity of a half-space with a finite conductance is obtained and analyzed. The transverse dimensions of the semicylinder are assumed small on the wavelength scale. The influence of the electric properties of the irregularity and half-space on the field is studied for various orientations of the dipole moment of the source.
