Zusammenfassung:	Highlights • We examined cortex in patients with psychogenic nonepileptic seizures (PNES). • Thirty seven patients with PNES and thirty seven controls were analysed. • PNES patients had thicker cortices in the left insula, and orbitofrontal region. • PNES patients had thinner cortices in the bilateral precentral region. • Sulcal depth was increased in the left and right insular sulci in PNES patients.
