Zusammenfassung:An electrophoretic analysis of 12 enzyme coding loci was performed on samples of Patella caerulea L., Patella aspera Lam and Patella rustica L to better define the phylogenetic relationships among the three species. Results of the study were consistent with the traditional view, which regards Patella aspera and Patella caerulea as more closely related than Patella rustica on the basis of radular teeth morphology.
