Zusammenfassung:The pulse operation mode of a piezoelectric plate that irradiates into water is considered. Its back side borders on the air or a damper with different specific acoustic impedances. The electrical excitation of a transducer is carried out by a signal in the form of the basic half-period of a sinusoid that is applied at the initial instant and a compensating one that is applied at a specified instant. The problem of terminating the transient process by applying a compensation pulse at the required instant is solved by a numerical theoretical method, which implies the application of the D’Alembert principle. The amplitudes of the compensating pulses are determined. The possibility of radiation of acoustic pulses of different durations is shown.
