Zusammenfassung:	Serotype data from 460 Australian clinical and environmental isolates of Cryptococcus neoformans yielded 167 isolates of serotype A, 274 isolates of serotype B, two isolates of serotype D and no serotype C isolates, while 17 isolates were classified as untypable. These results show a similar pattern to other global data for serotypes A and B, and further highlight the low frequency of serotypes C and D.
