Zusammenfassung:	Highlights • A case of d -penicillamine induced elastosis perforans serpiginosa was reported. • The patient was refractory to traditional treatment and was then commenced on ALA-PDT. • The patient was tolerated and responded well to ALA-PDT without any adverse events. • The pathophysiology, natural history and treatment for DPA-induced EPS are reviewed. • ALA-PDT is an alternative for DPA-induced EPS patients.
