Cyclosporine-associated convulsions in a child after renal transplantation

We report here a four-year old boy who developed grand-mal seizures for the first time five weeks following renal transplantation; he did so with nontoxic, therapeutic levels of CsA and no demonstrable cofactors, but had MRI-demonstrated cortical lesions. (DBO)
