Zusammenfassung:ABSTRACTUterine smooth muscle tumor of uncertain malignant potential is rare. It can have recurrence metastasis but is much less aggressive than leiomyosarcoma. We report a case of a 42-year-old woman who underwent PET/CT scan, which showed intense F-FDG uptake in the uterus. Results of pathological examination after hysterectomy combined with bilateral oophorectomy were consistent with uterine smooth muscle tumor of uncertain malignant potential.
