Risk factors for incidental durotomy during lumbar surgery: A retrospective study by multivariate analysis

Highlights • Four risk factors were identified for incidental durotomy during lumbar surgery. • Making surgical decisions could be based on the above risk factors. • These findings may aid in the patient counseling process.
