A Critical Role for IL4 in the Neonate after Exposure to Aerosolized Ovalbumin in a Murine Model of Allergen Sensitization

Results Mice exposed to aerosolized OVA as neonates were primed for a Th2 response with elevated levels of eosinophils, OVA specific IgE and Th2 cytokines (IL4, 5, 10, 13) but no detectable levels of IFN-gamma.
