Zusammenfassung:2059 vocational students were divided into two groups in the intervention experiment and the result showed that the health literacy level of the test group increased from 0.57 to 0.76, that the comprehensive score of health knowledge test increased from 64.4 to 79.6, that the main channel to obtain health knowledge significantly changed from traditional reading to sports education and that the phenomena of "quick in learning theory but slow in taking action" has considerably improved.
