Zusammenfassung:An Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) system should be able to support multimedia traffics such as text, voice, image and video with limited transmit power due to the frequency reuse for maximizing the channel accommodation in a unit area of the cellular system. Therefore, a resource management scheme is essentially needed which can minimize the downlink power requirements while satisfying Quality of Service (QoS) of multimedia service users. This paper proposes a novel scheme which enables to keep the minimal power allocated by decreasing a transmission rate within an allowable level of delay for each service. We used a simulation to evaluate our scheme with the performance measure of the outage probabilities and the transmit power requirements.
