Zusammenfassung:An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system was introduced to companies in the defense industry to enhance their corporate competitiveness and the efficient management of human and material resources. A Defense Integrated Cost Management System (DICMS) was implemented in the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) to take advantage of the various cost data in the database management system. Additionally, an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) was built to manage crises in schedule and cost of the project in the DAPA. This study examined the Interworking Information System (IIS) between the ERP system, EVMS, and DICMS in order to improve the efficiency of the project in the DAPA. In this study, we performed an empirical test about the factors affecting the intention to use an IIS in a mandatory usage environment such as the DAPA and evaluated the degree of the significant impact between factors using a modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). We showed that the intention to use the IIS was affected by self-efficacy, which in turn was a mediating factor.
