Zusammenfassung:This paper describes an interface capable of high data rate transmission for Chip‐On‐Glass (COG) TFT‐LCD applications. To compensate for severe channel loss and reflection, automatic calibration of both equalization and internal timing is employed. The proposed interface has been verified on a 15‐inch 3Kx2K COG TFT‐LCD panel with a data rate of 2.0Gbps.
