Zusammenfassung:We present a well‐aligned reactive mesogen (RM) layer for polarization‐dependent Fresnel lens array using the nano‐groove structure made by the nano‐imprinting process. In our method, the RM layer is aligned on the reverse‐shaped Fresnel lens template by both the bottom liquid crystal (LC) alignment layer and the top nano‐groove layer. Due to the additional geometric alignment effect by the nano‐groove pattern, the photo‐cured RM layer can be well aligned irrespective of the complex surface structure. The nano‐groove structure on the photo‐cured RM layer can be used also for the LC alignment layer, which enables our combined structure of the polarization‐dependent RM lens layer and the polarization‐switching twist nematic (TN) LC layer.
