Zusammenfassung: | During daytime, variations in several activities were observed in the izard Rupicapra rupicapra pyrenaica Bonaparte, e.g. grazing, and other behaviour watching, moving, etc. The grazing was more prominent in the morning and afternoon, diminishing rapidly in the middle of the day, at which time the resting phase increased. Other activities usually remained at a constantly low level. Although the fluctuations were observed from one season to another, the time of their occurrence, and their magnitude, varied with the season, age, and sex of the izards. |
