Zusammenfassung:	Highlights • We find UCHL1 was elevated in osteosarcoma and high UCHL1 expression level was correlated with poor prognosis. • We find UCHL1 could regulate cell behavior including cell proliferation, cell apoptosis and cell invision. • In vivo data show that knockdown of UCHL1 inhibited osteosarcoma growth in nude mice.
