High-strength alloy based on aluminium with calcium addition
The invention may be used for making critical parts operated at high loads at 100-150 [degrees]C, e.g, those for aircraft, cars and trucks, etc. Aluminium-based alloy comprises 7%-12% of Zn, 2%-5% of Ca, 2.2%-3.8% of Mg, 0.02%0.25% of Zr. Its hardness is at least 150 HV, and strength > 450 MPa.
