Zusammenfassung:This paper states the evolutionary approach to constructing models of control and decision-making. The approach is grounded on the most general principles of functioning in biological systems, namely, the principles of modularity, multilevel and multi-alternativeness. And finally, the authors consider some directions of implementing these principles in models of intelligent control systems using neural network technology.
