Zusammenfassung:Double inferior vena cava is a rare congenital anomaly. Its association with caval thrombosis is rarely reported. The authors report the case of a 36 year old woman who presented a double inferior vena cava that one was thrombosed and associated with a wide left adrenal mass, in order to precise the role of medical imaging in the management of this pathology.
