Zusammenfassung: | Selective laser melting is an additive manufacturing technology mainly applied to metal powders. Objective of this work is to evaluate the surface quality of CoCrMo layer. A full factorial design of experiments was used. The experiment was performed in order to produce a standardized analysis of layer quality, which could then be compared with other standards. A decrease in scanning speed and scanning space provide better surface quality. The optimal values of energy density are between 89 and 100 J/mm3 at 50% of overlapping. At these values of energy density, Rt values are low which means that powder has melt uniform. Skewness tends to zero and the degree of kurtosis is closer to 3, which shows that the layer has good surface finish. Results shows good quality surface for 3D manufacturing parts. |
