Zusammenfassung: | Recently, many buildings which were constructed in the first stage of redevelopment project are under consideration of “re-redevelopment”, however without evaluation of their historic values. The purpose of this study is to clarify the historic value of the Fujisawa Ekimae Nambu Redevelopment Block. As a result, the following contributions to the development of planning are identified; 1) this project was a part of pioneering city-wide comprehensive survey and master plan, 2) patio style brock was realized by the combination of infrastructure planning and urban design, 3)three jointly-owned buildings were coordinately-constructed under the initiatives of the local government and the owners. |
