Zusammenfassung:Hydrothermally synthesized powder processing and dielectric properties are reported for lead magnesium niobate (PbMg sub(1/3)Nb sub(2/3)O sub(3)) ceramics. Dielectric constants above 17,000 at the Curie point and 1 kHz in pure PMN and PMN-excess range MgO were achieved at sintering temperatures from 900 to 1300 degree C and exhibited gradually increased values in spite of the clear increase both in sintering temperature and MgO.
