Zusammenfassung: | Characteristic examples of the failure of a banded pipeline in systems employed for the cleaning of natural gas in an underground reservoir are demonstrated. A technical solution specifying that a lateral from a steel pipeline be fitted with a protective vane grooved in a helical line is proposed; a strip-bending machine with feed rolls, which is equipped with a bending-twisting (B-T) roller device is used for the fabrication of this vane. A working diagram and formulas are given for determination of positioning parameters of the B-T device. Coordinates of the position of the B-T rollers, and the corresponding angle of twist of the vane, which are corrected with allowance for the spring constant of the steel skelp are obtained. |
