Zusammenfassung:Salt‐assisted liquid‐phase exfoliation is developed for the high‐throughput synthesis of single‐ and few‐layer transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) 2D sheets. This environmentally friendly and simple approach improves the yield by more than one order of magnitude, while keeping the single crystalline feature of as‐made TMD 2D sheets, which can replace PEDOT:PSS as the hole injection layer for organic solar cells.
