Zusammenfassung:The General Packet Radio Service system provides an easy adaptation to bursty traffic generated by Internet applications, e.g. e-mail, WWW and FTP. These applications use TCP as the transport protocol and therefore good interaction is necessary between the TCP and GPRS protocols. The performance of the Snoop TCP protocol in a GPRS network is analysed.
