Zusammenfassung:	Male and female rainbow trout were immunized against mammalian GnRH conjugated to bovine serum albumin (BSA). Six of fourteen males and two of six females were classified as responders. The immunological response was, however, not sufficient to immunoneutralize endogenous GnRH. Thus, there was no difference in gonadosomatic index or total androgen levels between the responders, the non-responders; or the control-injected fish.
