On Differences and Solution in Cooperation of China and America to Solve the Question of Climate Changing

China and America are two big countries which release greenhouse gas mostly in this world. There is a long history for them to cooperate to solve this problem. However, they are objectively different. Firstly, China and America lie in different developing step so that their cooperation goal is not clear. Secondly, the United States has a prejudice against China and they cannot believe each other. That's why two countries cannot succeed in cooperate in technology. Thirdly, China and America understand the climate treaty differently. Finally, they cannot agree with their quantity of reducing and releasing each other. In order to make a thorough and effective cooperation, China and America must abandon prejudice, strengthen mutual understanding, establish total cooperation ideas, and improve cooperation system.
