Zusammenfassung:Micro-Abstract This study assessed the very long-term health-related quality of life (HRQoL) among operated non–small-cell lung cancer patients. We compared the data of 230 patients to that of the general population. The patients scored lower on total HRQoL and especially on the dimensions mobility and breathing. HRQoL should also be considered because of longer life expectancy of operated lung cancer patients.
