Zusammenfassung: | Development of analytical methods for pesticide residues determination in food require multiresidues methodology due many active ingredient. The technic mentioned by A.O.A.C. has been used in laboratory of "Instituto Adolfo Lutz. Sao Paulo" since its first researches and occasioned high expenses turning almost impossible its realization. In order to resolve the problem it was necessary studying a new methodology which according the requisites: facilite, quickly of execution, reproductibility, sensibility and lower expense. Between the methods studied the most suitable for our necessities it was Steiwandter, H. and it is being used since than. For evaluating the methodology it was make a comparison with the method of the A.O.A.C. giving satisfactory results. |
