Zusammenfassung:	In this work an integrated methodology for environmental impact assessment (EIA) is presented. EIA is approached as a decision-making process which is solved using the knowledge of a group of experts. The proposed methodology was implemented on a Apple Macintosh computer using Hypercard. The most striking feature of this computer program—HyperAIA—is its open shell architecture, which is loaded in each case with the data and knowledge for a given EIA.
